Hello everyone! I’m Kim, the face behind Be So Hum Jewelry. I really love this pic of me, my daughter took it as I was laughing while we were on a family vacation. Mala making is my side-hustle, actually. I am a full time public high school English teacher, I have been working in the same district for 23 years and I have a Masters Degree in Guidance. I make your creations in between my career, taking care of my two teenage children, spending time with my hubby, and my rigorous workout schedule which includes powerlifting and yoga. I started my jewelry business in early 2016 by simply wanting to make myself a mala necklace. I taught myself all that I know, through trial and error. I never dreamed I’d have a successful and busy business, in fact it wasn’t something I had ever planned on. It just happened. People started seeing my pieces and wanted them. And Be So Hum Jewelry was born. I’m so thankful for the path that this journey has taken me on, and I look forward to seeing where it goes in the future. I thank all my clients for their inspiration and loyalty. A good part of my business is return clients and references from them.
